The Veterans Garden of Augusta is growing from the ideas and voices of local veterans. Through our ongoing survey, we’ve learned that many of you want a place not only to garden, but also to learn new things like beekeeping, mushroom cultivation and food preservation. So, we listened. We’ve teamed up with some amazing local folks who will help us make those dreams real. Soon, the garden will have space for growing food, caring for bees, and learning about mushrooms and preserving our harvests all built around connection, learning, and a little bit of peace.
